A district shrine (鄉社) established on the eastern outskirts of Donggang in October 1935. It is relatively well-preserved next to Haibin Elementary School (海濱國小). The main hall has been replaced by a shrine to Confucius. Presumably known as Toko-jinja in the original Japanese.
