A private secondary school in Donggang, Pingtung, founded in 1963 by the German Catholic priest Lin Deming (林德明) as the Holy Family Home Economics Vocational School (聖家高級家事職業學校). It later expanded into a full junior and senior high school before succumbing to declining enrollment due to rural flight and Taiwan’s precipitously falling birthrate. It closed in 2014 with its final 383 students transferred elsewhere. Abandoned ever since, its decaying campus has lately drawn the attention of Taiwan’s urban exploration community.
