The empty shell of a 1923 pediatric clinic on the north side of the traffic circle by Taipei Bridge, founded as Hezhong Pediatric Hospital (和衷小兒科醫院) by Dr. Lin Du-zhong (林篤衷), a 1917 graduate of the Government-General Medical School (臺灣總督府醫學校). The practice was taken over by Guo Shangjin (郭上錦) at some point, but the moment of transition is unclear. It has been abandoned for many years.
