A traditional climbing kiln (登窯) established in 1954, featuring 19 chambers and 5 chimneys. At its peak in 1977 it produced 360,000 bricks per month before closing in 1989. Registered as a Taitung County Historical Building in 2003. The kiln was damaged by an earthquake that December and subsequently repaired, then severely damaged again by a magnitude 6.4 earthquake in September 2022.
