A former theater built in an area with many military dependents’ villages in Beitun on the northeast side of Taichung. Its operating history was likely between 1952 and 1970. Located on Junhe Street (軍和街) near the former Heping Bridge (和平橋), which spanned a river that is probably now filled in beneath the elevated Provincial Highway 74. Presumably demolished long ago. No candidate buildings were found in a search of satellite maps going back to 2006.
Some details for this entry were gleaned from Hometown History (家鄉往事), a seemingly uncredited photo book published online in 2019.
