One of four golden age cinemas around Shulin Station and the last to close. At some point it was managed by theater tycoon Huang Bingxi (黃炳熙). Shut down in the early 2000s and demolished; the site later housed a small market of the same name (東方市場) before being redeveloped into the residential tower Dongfang Fupin (東方富品). Technically located within Banqiao as it was right on the district border, but more typically associated with Shulin.
