Taipei Paper Mill (台北紙廠) - Spectral Codex

A government-established paper factory founded in 1969 in the Fuzhou (浮洲) area of Banqiao to provide employment for the many military veterans in the area. The facility produced cigarette paper and, from 1974, collaborated with the Central Engraving and Printing Plant (中央印製廠) on banknote paper production. The factory closed in 1999 and has since been converted into a public park (台北紙廠簡易公園) and the National Taiwan University of Arts Creative Park (台藝大文創園區).
