A historic Qing dynasty era temple established along the banks of Zengwen River (曾文溪) to provide flood protection for the neighboring settlement. It is famous for its extensive banyan trees, collectively known as Shiertian Divine Banyan (十二佃大神榕), and officially part of Shenrong Park (神榕公園).
