A military dependents’ village established in 1953 by the Navy First Shipyard (海軍一廠) for personnel and their families. Residents were relocated to Cuihua Phase 1 public housing (翠華一期國宅) in February 2000 and the village was subsequently demolished. The site is now a parking lot.
