A small rest station on the Alishan Line (阿里山線) at 743 meters elevation. The remains of a historic water crane for steam engines can still be found in the vicinity. It is one of the harder stations on the line to reach as there is no road access but it can be reached on foot from Zhangnaoliao Station.
