Established around 1937 as Kyōraku-kan (共樂館), likely as a venue for traditional opera and other performances with a capacity of 600. It was renamed after the war and remained in business until around 1987, operated by the family of Guo Zhiyuan (郭芝苑). Demolished sometime thereafter. The exact location is elusive, but it seems to have been right around Tianxia Road (天下路) and Zhongshan Road (中山路).
