Completed in 1938, this martial arts hall providing a venue for training police. It was originally located next to the former Yilan County Office (宜蘭郡役所). In the post-war period it was rebranded as the Yilan County Government Zhongzheng Hall (宜蘭縣政府中正堂). Demolished in 1994 after it was deemed to be a dangerous building.
