An inscription on the rock face behind a house marking the entrance to a road to the village of Quchi established in 1898. Although it is designated a heritage property it isn’t readily visible without entering the house, nor is there a sign at the entrance. In fact, the inscription may have been vandalized beyond recognition according to some reports. Climb a set of stairs next to a house with the number 2–9 and there’s a plaque describing the site, though it isn’t visible from that vantage point.
