A Japanese military seaplane base near what is now Qianzhen Fishing Port. A 1944 US intelligence report described a 420-by-120-foot hangar, a small apron, and two slipways, but assessed the base as likely inactive. Reconnaissance photos from October 1944 and June 1945 show it largely intact, suggesting it was never a priority target. By 1959 all facilities had been razed to the ground and no trace remains.
