Luo Xu Construction and Boai Enterprise Co., Ltd. (羅許建設與博愛企業社) attempted to develop this beach in the early 1970s before being blocked by the county government. The foundation of what would have probably been a hotel was laid before work was stopped, and this ruin remains next to the beach to this very day. It isn’t much to look at but has served as a venue for underground raves in the past.
