Golden age theater established as early as 1948 and certainly in business by 1960. It may have suffered a disaster and partly collapsed at some point. Demolished and replaced by a hardware store (新寶水電工程行). There is also a stone tablet erected by the Catholic church out front, part of a former rest station next to a ditch that ran along the main road.
