A short alleyway on the west side of downtown Taichung. It was previously lined with old dormitories for water company workers but in recent years it was redeveloped into a creative center with many small shops. Currently it is also known as the Greenlight Project (綠光計畫), perhaps because of the vines growing over many of the buildings.
