A luxury hotel and department store designed by Zhang Wenming (張文明) and completed in 1993. It went out of business in 2000 due to the financial condition of the parent company and has yet to reopen. The building was seized by the local government and parts have been auctioned off at various times, but nothing much seems to have been done with the building. It is sometimes mentioned in an urban exploration context, although it is unclear whether it is even accessible.
