Pingzhen

Píngzhèn (平鎮) is a mid-sized city in the heart of Taoyuan with significant Hakka cultural heritage. The most built-up part of the city blends together with neighboring Zhongli. Notable sites include Baozhong Temple, one of the more important temples in the district, and Qianqingdi, a well-preserved late 1930s courtyard home built by a family of traditional Chinese medicine merchants.
