A rural elementary school in Qigu established in 1960 after splitting from Hougang Elementary School (後港國小). Merged back into Hougang as a branch campus in 2001 due to low enrollment, then closed permanently in 2008. The former campus now serves as the headquarters of the Taiwan Black-Faced Spoonbill Conservation Association (台灣黑面琵鷺保育學會).
