A memorial hall on Provincial Highway 17 in Qieding, built on the ancestral home of Wang Yu-yun (王玉雲), mayor of Kaohsiung from 1973 to 1981, and named for his parents Wang She-chao (王舍抄) and Lin Lou-lan (林樓蘭). It was completed in the early 2010s after several years under construction and regularly catches the eye of passing motorists due to its strikingly modern rendering of Minnan architecture. The hall is where the family privately conducts ancestral rights but it also features a children’s reading room and operates a charitable foundation. It is not ordinarily open to the public.
