Established on the outskirts of Puzi in 1970, this private school is one of many closing in recent years due to declining birthrates and rural flight. In 2012 it was renamed Hongde (弘德) and in July 2019 its board voted to close. Plans to convert the campus into a long-term care center have been reported but as of 2025 the site seems mostly derelict.
