An institutional shrine (構內社) located within the grounds of Pingtung Army Hospital (屏東陸軍醫院) during the Japanese colonial era. This facility was closely connected to the nearby Pingtung Airfield (屏東陸軍飛行場). Little else is known about this shrine but it was presumably demolished long ago.
