An extensive fort completed in 1905 but later abolished and partly dismantled by the mid-1930s. A large tunnel remains not far from Keelung Lighthouse (基隆燈塔), as well as some retaining walls and other structures, though it has not been recognized as a heritage property. As of 2025 the main entrance is sealed and padlocked.
