An extensive entertainment complex established around 1954 with a capacity of 920. Apart from a cinema it also had a bowling alley. It was also the site of the Keelung Zhongzheng Hall (基隆中正堂), which may be one and the same with the theater. Demolished long ago. Now the site of the Keelung Performing Arts Center (基隆表演藝術中心).
