Matsumoto Kamaboko House (松元蒲鉾店) - Spectral Codex

An old Japanese colonial era shophouse originally known for selling locally produced fish cakes beginning in 1913. It was located in what was then known as Gijūchō (義重町), a trendy shopping area nicknamed the Ginza of Keelung. In the post-war era it was renamed Songyuan Fish Cake House (松元魚板屋) and presumably continued to operate for a period of time. Tiles were added to the stone-washed exterior, altering the original appearance. By the 2010s it was already disused for quite some time.
