An abandoned tunnel on an old Japanese colonial era railway line connecting Keelung with Jinshan. It was originally bult around 1928 and abandoned in the early 1940s. It was later an escape route used by residents of Keelung during the 228 Incident. Nowadays it is heavily overgrown and the entrances are difficult to locate. The western entrance is located near Daqing Dacheng Community (大慶大城社區).
