One of three low-cost theaters operating on the western side of Keelung harbor in the golden age of cinema. This one was a Zhongzheng Hall (中正堂) operated by the navy somewhere along Zhongshan Road (中山路) and was only open to the public on weekends. It isn’t clear whether the facility was on the base (海三軍區) or just outside of it, but the former seems most likely. Likely demolished long ago.
