Jiaxian Oilfield (甲仙油田) - Spectral Codex

A series of exploratory oil wells were drilled in the hills east of central Jiaxian in the Japanese colonial era. This field did not prove to be economically viable ad material shortages during World War 2 led to the abandonment of the project. Some faint traces of this operation remain.
