Located in Gongguan (公館), a village in Jiaxian, Kaohsiung, this civic building occupies a prominent location at the top of Ren’ai Road (仁愛路). Its precise identity is unknown, as the sign has been worn off by years of exposure, but it is certainly government-funded and long-abandoned, another of Taiwan’s countless mosquito halls.
