A 1950s factory originally owned by the Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Monopoly Bureau (台灣菸酒公賣局), occupying around four hectares. Out of business in 2000, around the time of Taiwan’s accession to the WTO, and abandoned thereafter. In 2023 new ground was broken on a restoration project to transform the site into another culture park.
