Not much is known about this 1950s theater except its name. It was possibly a short-lived open-air theater (or even more than one such theater) around Jiuzantou (九讚頭), on the way to and from mines deeper in the mountains. It might have also been known as Jiuzantou Theater (九讚頭戲院).
