Jiaobanshan Governor Sakuma Monument (佐久間總督追懷紀念碑) - Spectral Codex
佐久間總督追懷紀念碑

Completed in 1930, this monument commemorated the rule of Governor-General Sakuma Samata (佐久間左馬太), famous for his brutal subjugation of Taiwan’s Indigenous people. In the post-war era it was dismantled and converted into Fuxing Pavilion (復興亭) but the stone base remains.
