Established by Qiu Qiongying (邱瓊英) and his wife Qiu Helixiang (邱何麗香) as an open-air theater in the forecourt of Fu’an Temple (福安宮) in 1964. After five years of growing prosperity the couple opened the nearby Donglong Theater (東隆戲院) and this one faded into history.
