A district shrine (鄉社) completed in May 1936. It was completely demolished after the war and turned into Zhongshan Park (中山公園). Faint reports of the remains of a stone lantern next to a land god shrine just outside the northeast entrance to the park suggest some traces can still be found. Presumably known as Choshu-jinja in the original Japanese.
