A Japanese colonial era shophouse in central Changhua City completed in 1925. It was formerly the residence of Wu Hengqiu (吳蘅秋) and also an office of a petroleum company for a time. In the post-war era it spent some time as a medical clinic and also a bank. After the 921 Earthquake it was heavily damaged and soon abandoned. Recognized for its heritage value in 2018 and under restoration as of 2024.
