A historic temple dedicated to Kaizhang Shengwang (開漳聖王), a deified Tang dynasty official and mythical founder of Zhangzhou in Fujian Province. It was originally built around 1761 in the vicinity of the western gate to the walled city of Changhua. It is also known simple as Shengwang Temple (聖王廟).
