Completed in 1937, this was the home of local businessman Tsai Yu-Hu, who founded Beigang Theater (北港戲院), among other ventures. It is also known as Xinjie Mansion (新街大宅) as it was built on a new highway leading out of town. In the 1990s the road was widened and the outer perimeter of the property was moved inward to avoid destruction. It is located in Beigang, Yunlin.
