Built in 1940, this wireless communication station primarily serviced the nearby airbases in Taoyuan. After the war it was eventually converted for use in civilian telecommunications. The site is located within a gated Chunghwa compound and it isn’t clear whether it is open to the public. There also would have been a Shinto shrine on site, so it would be useful to look around for relics.
