Zhongli Ranlidi (中壢燃藜第) - Spectral Codex
中壢燃藜第

An old courtyard home or sanheyuan dating back to 1910 and a red brick mansion built in a Japanese-Western fusion style just next door. This residence was established by a branch of the Liu family originating in the Raoping (饒平) area of Chaozhou (潮州) and is still in use. The mansion next door was a later addition, possibly dating to the 1920s, and intermittently rented to various restaurants and cafés in recent years. Both buildings were separately listed as heritage sites in 2024 and await restoration.
