A modest guesthouse build in 1958 within Yunshan Farm (雲山農場), an orchard established in 1951 by Cai Qingyun (蔡清雲), a diplomat and personal friend of Chiang Ching-kuo (蔣經國). CCK regularly stayed here during his tenure as director of veterans affairs earning it the nickname Little Cihu (小慈湖). He regularly visited the nearby Artillery School (砲兵學校) for inspections and other business. The hectare grounds were converted into Yongkang Park (永康公園) in the late 2000s, and the original guesthouse building was preserved as the Chiang Ching-kuo Memorial Hall (經國先生紀念館), which opened in 2009.
