An institutional shrine (構內社) established in October 1940 immediately to the northwest of Losheng Sanatorium (痲瘋病療養所樂生院) in the outskirts of Xinzhuang, Taiwan. It was plausibly known as Rakusho-jinja in the original Japanese. Although it was dismantled in the post-war period some stone fragments were repurposed as drain covers and landscaping features around the sanatorium. The site is now occupied by a Buddhist hall known as Qilian Vihara (棲蓮精舍), where a single stone lantern survives.
