A small hillside community not far from Taipei 101 along Xinyi Road Sec. 5 Lane 150 (信義路五段150巷). It was originally an informal settlement of military veterans working at the Joint Logistics 44 Arsenal, but there has been considerable turnover, and the community is now mixed. The main pathway also connects to the trails on top of the mountain. Little Jiufen is only a nickname made up by netizens and the media, it hasn’t traditionally been called anything in particular.
