A residential community built to house civil servants working at the nearby Taiwan Provincial Council after its relocation to Wufeng in 1957. The orderly layout with tree-lined streets and front courtyards resembles a smaller version of Zhongxing New Village. Still inhabited by residents and not open to the general public.
