Taoyuan Confucian Temple (桃園孔子廟) - Spectral Codex

Completed in 1989 in Hutoushan Park (虎頭山公園), Taoyuan Confucian Temple is the last of Taiwan’s thirteen government-established Confucian temples (官設孔廟). Confucius was previously venerated at nearby Taoyuan Wenchang Temple (桃園文昌廟) from 1968 until the new temple was ready. Notable for its Taoist worship elements, including a Confucius statue in the east hall, which is unusual for Confucian temples in Taiwan.
