A former KMT party office in Shanhua that has been semi-abandoned for many years. The top floor was used as a taekwondo studio for a while. Nowadays it is mainly frequented by urban explorers. The characters on the nameplate were written by former Tainan county magistrate Hu Longbao (胡龍寶).
