Established in 1908, this station provided both passenger and freight service but was mainly used for transporting finished goods from the nearby Tangrong Brick Factory (中都唐榮磚窯廠). A wooden station house was completed in 1923; this is the building that has since been restored. Passenger service was discontinued in 1962, and eventually all operations ceased in 1986.
