The former office of one of the most important Japanese colonial era mining companies in the Jiufen area dating back to 1937. It is one of five sites recognized for its heritage value as part of the Taiyang Company Ruifang Office Historic Building Complex (臺陽公司瑞芳辦事處歷史建築群). The building is not open to the public as of 2024.
