A former health clinic dormitory converted into a community cultural center in recent years. Litoudian (犁頭店) is the old name for Nantun, dating to the Qing dynasty era, when farm tool shops clustered here to serve settlers. The center aims to preserve local history while serving as a gathering space for residents but only seems to be open to the public on special occasions.
