A neo-Baroque style two-storey banquet hall built in the 1930s by local notable Huang Wanshou. The front hall and rear rooms were designed for privacy, with a ground floor reception, upstairs dining and meeting hall, and private rooms in the back. Expropriated as a military officers’ club during the final years of World War 2, it briefly reopened as a banquet hall, then operated as a hotel before being abandoned. More recently its desolate character has become the backdrop for vintage photo shoots and urban exploration.
